of elongated heart form, the cabochon nephrite panels in conforming gold frame with fine applied rope twist borders, a tassel drop suspended below. The reverse with maker's mark M.S. (probably Marcus Sandstein of Cashel St. Christchurch) and 18ct. L.68mm. 28gms. Note: A similar brooch lot 171 in this auction is by the same maker. Provenance: From the estate of Patricia Osborne.
